Shipping and Sales Tax
Your material order from us will be shipped via UPS within one business day.
When you purchase from any of our affiliates please note they have their own shipping policies.
No Sales Tax for shipments outside Washington State. We are required to charge sales 9.5% Washington Sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Washington State, USA only.
When should I expect delivery?
All our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order, often faster than that.
Standard UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide shipping times apply, usually three to seven business days. If you order from any of our affiliates please check their delivery policies.
What if I need warranty service?
- All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.
- If your package is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Our products are top quality brand name merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you feel that it isn't just what you ordered. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt.
Returns must be in sale-able condition, with all original materials and packing. We must charge a restock fee (This is the fee the manufacturer charges us) and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
